The purpose of the project work is to transfer the manual method of staff wages system to an automated system using computer, which will ensure high accuracy, speed up wages processing as well as enable quick access t the staff information for fast decision making by the management.

Description

Computer is a device that accepts data as input, process data and gives out or produces meaningful or readable information as output.
The computer is able to calculate compare and arrange or otherwise act upon. Although some computer operates using smooth continue changes in electrical signal these called along computers. They are important but have quit special use. They perform most general purpose that O/S and 1’s. As the computer operates thus the inference between data input and information output is eliminated. As a result many organizations now realize it would not be practical for them to try to revert to Manuel method of calculation or record of data processing. More so, much useful service that is available would not be possible without the use of computers.
In the light of the foregoing this project work involves total automation of the present Staff wages, which operates billing processes. It is obvious computerized staff’s record. The system shows that in the old system or manual method operation, retrievals of records is very difficult task. While this could be a fingertip when the new system is implemented, the problem of loss of important staff document will be a thing of the past the staff record can be kept with rest of mind in respect of unauthorized access. It also removes most of the work pressure as there will be no accumulation of work to be done.
